We record and critique your movement patterns and improve the 1%'s to make you more efficient.
We achieve this by filming and reviewing your patterns whilst watching how you transition.
We then show and explain what you body is doing and help you understand what the purpose is.
How to maximise the results from your session, be early, ensure you conduct a general and dynamic warm-up. If Oly or Weight Lifting, conduct some specific warm ups to an easy working weight.
